What do I get for free?: Enough to try it: a small number of rounds in total, not a daily allowance, and the app shows how many you have left. Free rounds are scored by exactly the same thresholds paid rounds are, and you keep your three most recent rounds of history.
What is the difference between Saver and Premium?: Saver gives you 15 rounds each calendar month, with your score, your persona and the coach line on every one. It does not include the full breakdown, your complete history, metric tracking or kept recordings, which are Premium. Unused Saver rounds do not roll over. You can move up to Premium at any time.
Does paying change my score?: No, and it cannot. The number is computed from your audio by one service using one set of thresholds. Premium unlocks the breakdown behind the score and your full history. No plan ever touches the score itself.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time. Cancelling returns you to the free tier. Your past rounds are not deleted, though the free tier only shows your three most recent.
How do refunds work?: Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, since they do the billing. Reach out via the support page if you need help.
